Love and Service to Church and Humanity
St. Joseph Parish Catholic Men Organization of our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of Monrovia was established on April 6. 2003 to strengthen members in their spiritual and moral activities, contribute to the social life of members and the development of the parish. It also renders humanitarian assistance to individuals, groups and organizations in need.
Aims & Objectives
Section C106 of the Statutes of the Catholic Dioceses of Liberia June 11, 2000 stipulates the aims of the Catholic Men Organization are:
- The greater glory of God;
- The personal sanctification of its members;
- Sharers in the evangelization mission of the Church;
- The spiritual and social good of society.
Aims & Objectives
In furtherance of these aims, the objectives of St. Joseph Parish Catholic Men Organization are:
- To mobilize all men of St. Joseph Parish to participate fully and actively in the spiritual and social life of the Parish and provide exemplary leadership in their respective families, the wider Parish community, and the Church at large in Liberia;
- To mobilize all men of St. Joseph Parish to contribute generously and joyfully of their time, talent and treasure in support of the Parish, the Church at large, and people in need;
- To enable and promote the spiritual, doctrinal and social development of all men of St. Joseph Parish so that they will more effectively lead their families and the Parish community spiritually and socially, promote the Gospel of Christ, and defend the teachings of the Church.
